I'm 24 weeks pregnant with my 2nd and have had incredibly sore nipples and areolas the whole pregnancy. No big deal, just pregnancy symptoms. I just noticed that in the same spot on each breast the areola around my nipple is swollen, but just in one spot, not the whole way around. Since they have been tender the whole time it's very hard to say if those areas are more painful or the same. Has anyone else experienced this? I have a Dr appt tomorrow so I'll ask her about it then.
