How do I️ shave a landing strip

I’ve been talking to a guy for a few weeks now. Before, I️ used to shave because I thought that’s what guys liked. Also because I️ didn’t want to deal with the hair. I️ always get razor burn which sucks. But the guy I’ve been talking to told me he likes a little bit of hair. By a little. He means a good amount. But I️ also don’t want to have a full bush because I’m just not comfortable in it. I️ figured I️ could meet halfway. How do I️ shave a landing strip. I’m cheap and hate waxing. I️ve tried it before but it came out crooked. Lol. Does anyone have any tips on how to shave it. And if anyone has a routine to prevent razor burn, that would be great.
