I’m addicted o buying perfume help ?

Okay I recently have developed an addiction to perfume, body sprays, and lotions. I don't use them often because I rarely go out yet I keep buying more, like on My Birthday most of my gifts were perfumes or gift sets from like bath and body works, and now I want to buy more perfumes. Help! I cant stop! I’ve always been like this and it needs to stop recently I’ve spent the most ever on a bottle was 119$ and I recently just ordered another one on amazon that’s coming in the mail i swear every paycheck is going to perfume smh 😂😂😂
