My little boy had his vaccines on October 24. The next day he broke out in really bad hives which proceeded for 3-4 days with a fever. Took him to ER twice said possible reaction or viral infection. Fast forward to the 10 ish days most MMR and he got the “measles-like” rash they warned us about. Now almost another week later and his poor little cheeks broke out in a rash and his cheeks got super rosy. Now it’s still like that and super dry. He also has this on his legs which seems to flare up in the bath (PLAIN warm water). I’m so confused I don’t know if everything is related or now this is a different issue. I realized tonight it did also start around the time it snowed and got really cold so now I’m thinking possibly eczema?!? I’m waiting for an appt with our doctor and also he was referred for allergy testing due to possibility of having a vaccine allergy now but that takes months to get.
