I just found out I was pregnant. I am around seven weeks and I haven't gone to the doctor but I want to know which prenatal vitamins are good to start with while I wait for my appointment to the doctor??

I use spring valley pre natal and DHA, brought them in to make sure that they were good and doc said they were perfect! Much cheaper than a lot of other kinds as well

I just take 2 flint stone vitamins everyday. I can't swallow the huge pills that the doc gives you.
