I'm nervous to test ? pcos clomid & nac

I have pcos and I'm on my third round of clomid. The past 2 rounds I had no cramps just a sudden period when I expected it and no discharge before that. this cycle of clomid I added NAC which is said to make the body respond better to clomid. so on cd 32 I started seeing brown discharge (sorry tmi) but only when I wiped this only happens on that day. the next few days I started to cramp so badly . I'm now on cd 35 still cramping ,discharge went away and I just feel so sick I'm the mornings.. I wake up and go to sleep again.i never ever saw a positive on a stick after ttc for almost 4 years... could this be It? I'm so nervous because I don't want to get my hopes up and disappoint firstly myself and secondly my husband.. please help ladies I would really appreciate your opinions and experiences
