Hey, ladies!

I’m in a bit of a predicament right now.

Currently, I am attending a very small AG college based in a church, with a class of only 11. Because our class is so small and drama can be quick to spread around, first-year students in the program are not allowed to date each other.

But I think I’m falling for one of my classmates.

He’s everything I’ve ever wanted in a man and more. I was abandoned nine months ago by my boyfriend of three years after he cheated on me, so I have been extremely careful about who I open my heart up to. But this guy is amazing.

He has a heart after God that I love.

He’s funny and witty and loves to make me laugh.

Conversations with him feel so comfortable and I could call him one of my best friends.

He doesn’t treat me like a child like some of my classmates do (because I’m open about my mild autism).

He’s inclusive and always friendly and I have caught him staring at me and copying my seated positions when we’re in class and I think something mutual may be forming within the both of us.

But I don’t know for sure.

And if it is, we aren’t allowed to say anything about it.

What do I do?

Do you think he likes me back?

How do I go about handling this?
