I don't know much about the topic. But after a few minutes of googling, I would say yes, and that their military service should be a way to become a legal citizen. Though, again, I don't know much about the topic.

Yes, and I’ll take it a step further and say they should be granted full citizenship upon honorable discharge.

Of course. Why not? I also think as long as they are not dishonorably discharged, they should be allowed citizenship after their service is complete (their first contract anyway, should they choose to extend or re-enlist). However, I could see some issue with jobs that require a security clearance. My husband joined before he was a citizen, and his job options were rather limited because you can't get a security clearance unless you are a citizen.
