When do most missed miscarriages occur? I’m currently 10 Weeks.

I’ve saw the heartbeat at close to 7 weeks, but wasn’t able to hear it. It was 132 bpm. I keep worrying about something I read called a missed miscarriage. When do they usually occur? My next ultrasound isn’t for another week or so.

I had a missed miscarriage in march at 8 weeks had an ultrasound at 12 and found out baby stopped growing at around 8 weeks 3 days. I opted for a natural miscarriage and went another week before the bleeding started.

This happened to me three times in a row one was at 14 weeks so I had to deliver the baby at the hospital so they could test the baby. Whenever I lose a baby my body won't let it go. When my pregnancy symptoms stop and I feel great I know something is up.
