Trying to Conceive our second child

So I have a 5 year old and he has a 8 year old been together two years now and he’s my soul mate. Finally popped the question but that’s besides the point. I had my daughter at a young age had her 2 weeks earlier but she was perfectly heathy😍, Although I had gestational diabetes I loved everything about pregnancy especially my bundle of joy. After I had her I got Implanon until I was 18 ( that’s close to four years with birth control ) It’s been a year now that we’ve been trying to conceive and NOTHING... I’ve tried giving up but I can’t. They say the more you think about it it won’t happen it’s all I think about. Just one more child and I’ll be complete I just wanna do it all over again. So now I’m tracking my menstrual And ovulation. Figures cross I hope this works !
