IUD and sex?
I got the Mirena IUD on Sept. 28, so it’s been over a month. I’m still really crampy, and having a ton of clotting which started about two weeks after getting it placed. My doctor said it felt fine but said I could try an ultrasound. I’ve only had sex with my S/O twice since then because it’s so embarrassing! TMI, but after we have sex he’s covered in clots. How can I minimize this, and how long will it last? It’s killing me 😭
