Reglan

Has anyone used reglan to help with nausea? I have been diagnosed with hyperemesis and the final step is to use a reglan pump to control my nausea and vomiting. I am so nervous because of all the press zofran has gotten with birth defects. I am down 15 lbs in 5 weeks and it doesn't seem to be wishing down the further I get into pregnancy. I am 11 weeks tomorrow.
