My parents give me zero freedom.

I'm 19 and I'm a sophomore in college. My parents don't let me out of the house and I'm basically permanently grounded for literally no reason. I've tried talking to them a million times about it but they won't budge. I can't even be in the car with ANY of my friends, like my friends can't give me rides. My parents literally track my phone. I have my license and MY OWN CAR but I can't drive it. I'm forced to take the bus to school. My parents continuously take away my phone for stupid things such as I opened a freaking can of bean dip and forgot to put the date that I opened it on the lid with sharpie before I put it back in the fridge. I have a boyfriend but I literally can't see him besides at school because my father doesn't even want me to entertain the idea of guys saying that I'm under his roof so it doesn't matter how old I am. So I'm forced to keep him a secret. And I'm worried because I feel like this is harming my relationship with my boyfriend because he doesn't understand how strict my parents are because he has the kind of parents where he literally tells them when we have sex or like he drinks and smokes with them. I'm not saying that those parents are ideal but I'm just wondering....are my parents taking things too far?
