Hard Time Drinking Water
So I've never been a heavy drinker (of any thing, lol) but water has always been a tough one. Getting 80oz a day has been darn near IMPOSSIBLE. But I know I need to drink more water but I literally can't. I'm just not thirsty and find it hard to drink tons of water. Any ideas to help get water requirements in without feeling like a water balloon?!?!
