So, my periods have always varied within a few days either before or after the prediction date but never enough to cause concern. I do not use birth control of any kind due to severe allergies that I have. Me and my husband have decided that if we get pregnant, then we do! My concern...is that my prediction date to start my period was last Friday but I started my period 5 days prior to that and it was a pretty light flow. (Typically I have extremely heavy periods). Idk if this is from stress? Or what! Please let me know what you guys think!
