Can metronidazole cause you to start your period early??

I just got off my period last week and I got diagnosed with Bacterial Vaginosis 2 days ago. And I woke up this morning and I had to pee really bad like always. When I wiped I noticed blood so I was like “oh great” and then I looked down and It looked like i had blood in my urine. So I kinda panicked cause i couldn’t see any clots or anything because it had mixed pretty well. But I’m going to wait till I have to go again to see. If y’all have had this happen before please lmk so I don’t have high anxiety and think these pills are killing me. I’m scared to take them again!
