I'm in so much pain

Okay so due to the fact that I've had vaginal yeast infections along with UTIs I would say it's pretty recurrent for me. It makes me think that I might be getting it over and over from my boyfriend but idk. 2 weeks ago I had a UTI and yeast infection and I got rid of it completely and so we started having sex again. Well a few days ago it started not feeling right down there but I assumed it was just me being paranoid. Well flash forward to today and we just had sex and my vaginal is on FIRE. I'm laying in bed crying at how much it hurts and idk what to do.. I have so many medical bills and no health insurance and I can't go to the hospital it would make me feel horrible..what do I do? Should I find something for my boyfriend to take too?
