So I had urine test blood test all came back positive 100% pregnant but they told me that my ultrasound was negative they didn’t see anything is this normal? Am I pregnant I’m only 4 weeks!! Anyone please help!

If you're only four weeks you will not see anything on an ultrasound. You would only see the sac at that point.

You typically can’t see anything that early. You need to wait longer. If the blood tests say you’re pregnant then you’re pregnant.
