Mix Baby Feeding?

I Have A 1 Month Old And I Had A Plan Of Only breastfeeding But That Changed When He Was Born He Got Jaundice And My Milk Supply wasn’t enough So doctors told me supplement with formula . At 2 weeks old the doctor told me to breastfeed 15 minuets each breast and only 1 ounce of formula . Now he’s a month I Give Him 2 ounces And Hes never Satisfied. My breastmilk isnt enough for him He’s always asking for more and after 30 minutes on each breast he’s always fussy . I Give Him 2 ounces and still he is licking he’s lips and putting his hands in his mouth and when that happens i put him on my breast some more and I Eventually fall asleep with him . Should I Be giving him more formula ? Should I Be breastfeeding More ? (My nipples are really sore 😫) any advice? Ive Been pumping But Nothing More than An ounce Comes out . I Haven’t been able to sleep because he’s never satisfied and never falls asleep . Help??!?!!!
