Almost 6 month old, not sleeping well
Our almost 6 month old, is not sleeping well. He will "nap" for no more than 45 min at a time. Then at night he has been waking up about every 2 hours. He has a doctor's appointment next week, but I'm not sure how much more of this I can take. Advice please. I am not open to the cry it out method. Thanks in advance.
