Does anyone have any advice for someone who has hsv2?

I'm 28 year old women married and a mother .. I just found out I tested positive for hsv2(herpes) .. I feel so heartbroken and confused .. I have no symptoms .. and my number is above 17.. does have have it or know someone who has it ? Any advice would be appreciated . Thanks

my best friend has it. She gave it to her husband. from what I know about her experience is that the first few outbreaks suck. She felt like she had the flu but she takes her medication and hasn't had any outbreaks in 4 years.
