Any personal insight on the Ava bracelet? Did you feel like it tracked your cycle more consistent than this app?

So I’ve had my bracelet for a few weeks and it’s tracking with my opks. It’s nice that I don’t have to worry about waking up and checking my temp at the same time everyday. It also tracks stress and sleep  which is nice to know too. We’re waiting to try until late spring but we’re documenting my cycles now so we get a feel for timing.
Bracelet takes the work and stress out of tracking.
