what is going on? I'm going crazy

I was tired of spending so much money on tests. I went to the dollar store to pick these up I had read that they were also pretty accurate.I got a faint positive ovulation test, but the pregnancy test is negative. My last period was sept 25th. I've never been this late. I've been feeling tired and having small cramps but no sign of my period. What could be going on? I would greatly appreciate any feedback, experiences or comments.
