BFN post period lactation

Okay ladies, I'm going to the doctor as soon as I can but I just want some advice. I'm lactating from my right breast, full solid white drops. It's not a flow just a few drops but it's very opaque and you can tell it's breast milk, not discharge. I just ended my period 2 days ago. Nothing from the left.

Negative hpt, retesting tomorrow with FMU.
