Are you 16 month old toddlers sleeping with blankets in their crib? I read it’s OK but I’m still nervous.

my daughter will not fall asleep without her one blanket and she literally smothers her face with it. and then when she falls asleep I pull it away and cover her up with it

She sleeps in a bed with blankets, but she sleeps on top of them.  She’s not used to being covered and will immediately kick off any blankets I put over her.

Both of my kids have slept with blankets since they were able to start rolling. They slept next to my bed until they were about 6 months so we were always aware of movements. I think your 16 month old will be safe 😊

My son is in a sleeping bag. He loves around his full cot at night so putting a blanket on him scares me a little.

My son is in a sleep bag. Halo sleep bags are 👍🏼. He’s in an XL now so we’ll be moving to the sleep bags with the foot holes soon. I’m not against blankets but it’s been part of his routine and this winter has been brutal for us so I just want to make sure he’s warm at night.

My daughter sleeps in my bed. It’s super inconvenient but she walks and talks at this point and if I were to roll on her (I don’t) she’d smack me lol 😂

I feel like my son sleeps so much better since having a blanket in bed. He would kick it off at first but after a few nights he now sleeps under it.

My daughter is attached to a certain blanket cans carries it around all day long, she cant sleep without it.
