pms symptoms during ovulation?? wtf?

I'm seriously SO moody today and feel exactly the way I do when my period is coming on but I'm actually ovulating. What gives?? is this normal? I'm 10 months pp... this has never really happened before and I don't really have any reason to be so upset and emotional today 🤔 I hate it and I get the worst emotional rollercoaster before my period, I've sometimes even wondered if it could be pmdd bc it gets so bad sometimes I have thoughts of suicide even though I generally like my life and ya know, being alive! I always just talk myself through it and tell myself it's just the hormones fucking with my head. but being 2 weeks away from af and this out of control of my emotions is awful!
