Pelvic rest/no sex

Are any of you on pelvic rest? If so, how are you dealing with it? I've been so sexually frustrated (and the frustration is spilling into other aspects of my life.) I've been on restriction since week five and never bargained for this- it's going to be a looooooong 40 weeks until I'm cleared postpartum. Any advice for curbing the old sex drive?
