Help me on my weight loss journey!!
Hi guys !! Im 14 years old and a bit overweight and im looking to loose 20 pounds. I’m 5’4” 1/2 and i weight around 150 lbs.
I am happy with my curves and my legs it’s mainly my stomach fat that needs work.
What are some exercises that will get my stomach fat away asap, and not loose my curves?
