Does anyone know what this is?

I noticed I had this when I woke up (this was a month ago) I thought it was a bug bite cuz it looks like there a puncture. I started itching it and it started growing. Not sure what it is. My dr gave me this cream for it cuz she isn’t sure either. I asked if it was psoriasis but she said no. I think it might be eczema cuz online it says it appears behind the knee and that’s behind my knee. I have super bad anxiety, depression, ocd, and hypochondria. Also a bit of paranoia. At the time I was freaking out thinking I had rabies cuz I accidentally got scratched by my friends cat who doesn’t have her shots. But clearly. I would of been super sick or dead by now lmao. But I think with me being the hypochondriac I am and worrying it caused just that one patch of eczema
