So for the past week I have had the most uncomfortable and itchiest rash that initially started on my chest, went up my neck, onto my face, down my boobs and all over my tummy!!! Hundreds of bumps that formed tiny pimples.

I went to see my gynecologist and he was not sure what the problem was so he then sent me for blood tests which all came back with normal results. He prescribed me some creams which DID NOT WORK AT ALL.

I then decided to go and see a Dermatologist who immediately knew what the problem was.... so I have PUPPP. It’s a very common rash amongst first time moms caused by the body not knowing how to handle the Human Growth Hormone. It’s completely normal and he prescribed a few creams that are safe for baby and I. If you experience anything like this don’t stress 😘😘😘 it is easily treatable.
