Third degree tear
Did anyone have 3b tear? Can you please let me know how long it takes to completely heal and when can I feel better? It’s been one week and I was in bed rest with minimal activity. I still have sharp pain when I sit or stand. Should I continue bed rest for one more week? Or being active helps healing?
Also when did u plan for second pregnancy? Did that end up in 3rd or 4th degree tear?
