UTI and Yeast Infections

Hey ladies!!! I️ wanted to ask any of you if this has ever happened to you. I️ started having sex about 4 years ago and ever since I️ have been getting UTI and yeast infections very often. Often meaning like 4 to 5 Times a year. I️ wanted to see if anyone had any good suggestions for dealing with them or reducing the amount of times I️ get them. I️ am very sensitive to any type of rubber down there and usually that’s what triggers the infection. Any suggestions???? I’ve gone to the doctor and he told me I️ was fine but it’s still a little aggravating to get them so often.
