Eczema? Baby acne? Formula reaction?

Pediatrician says it's a heat rash, but it seems a little more severe than that. Anyone experience this with their LO?

Both of my girl's had it at a few weeks old. The pediatrician said it was baby acne. I used aquaphor and dove and it clear right up for one and took a little longer for the other.  coconut oil

You can also use pure coconut oil, but definitely use a gentle cleanser and keep it moisturized.

My daughter had something similar. The Dr said it was from her Spit up and to put vaseline. After only 2days of using the Aveeno Eczema wash and night cream it cleared up. My cousins baby had something similar and she said this worked for him. I still use the night cream 2x daily, the regular eczema moisturizer on her body and the wash every other day. Her skin is silky smooth again (she's about 15wks old).

If you find any yellowish crusties around his nose or ears or anywhere with the bumps, take him to the dr right away! My son looked similar but worse for a couple of weeks and I attributed it to baby acne. Turned out he actually had a staph infection from scratching himself and had to be on antibiotics. The poor little guy, I felt so horrible! His eyes were beginning to swell and that’s when I thought ok this isn’t normal! Keep a close eye on it!
