Anyone else have insane lower back pain?

I don't even want to get out of bed. It's ridiculous. I stand for ten minutes and it's excruciating.

Oh my god yes.  Never had so much back pain before in my life and I have chronic back pain ! :(

It's horrible especially over the weekends! I'm going to the chiropractor twice a week for adjustments, they help a great deal.
