what are some great hip and butt busting workouts!?
After dieting and exercising everyday for the last 3 years and have dropping 110lbs... I'm heart broken. I still haven't made it to my target weight, and my body is still lumpy and gross. this pisses me off! I need to hit it harder! I'm tired of feeling fat. I'm sick of feeling under accomplished. And I'm sure as hell sick of looking bad. I've been getting into yoga and belly dancing. but it's not enough. any good workouts or gym routines that worked for you ladies that are willing to share them? I really need the motivation and advice, please! I so badly want to believe I can do this. I've already come to far to stop.
