Failed IUI/Low Morph

So, today I took a pregnancy test (14 days after IUI) and it was negative. I did clomid, then trigger shot then IUI. My husbands sperm count is good, but morphology is low. He claims of a “headache” in his left ball periodically and is getting checked out tomorrow. This is not our whole problem but it definitely is a huge part of the problem.

Have any of your husbands had a low morph count and have occasionally pains in their testicles?! If so, what was the diagnosis? I’m puzzled and frustrated as I was overly optimistic about our IUI this month!
