Tips on contouring and hooded eyes?

Okay so throughout my pregnancy I️ started working on makeup skills to occupy me & I️ was just wondering how this looks? I️ need some help with contouring though 😩 I️ dong like harsh contours, but I️ do wanna have Kim k cheek bones. I️ watch Alissa Ashley for hooded eye lid videos, but I️ want to start doing eyeliner with my looks, so what’s the best kind to get so that it doesn’t transfer onto my lid while I’m applying it?

I have hooded eyes too and I use cheap drugstore liquid liner (various brands, right now I'm loving hard candy's liquid liner) but I always prime my lids with either foundation/concealer and set it with a lot of translucent powder. I used to use a black liquid lipstick with an angled brush for my liner but it got to be too tedious, for me usually if it's matte it lasts a lot longer throughout the day. good luck 💜

My sister in law has hooded eyes and uses the stila eyeliner pen . Her eyeliner looks good .

Looks stunning to me!! 
I couldn’t say much about contouring since I am still learning myself. But as far as eyeliner for hooded eyes I love the NYX matte liquid liner. I have hooded eyes and my eyelids get super oily as well. I prime and set with concealer and loose powder, and it works amazing! It doesn’t transfer throughout the day, and it won’t come off until you remove it. Give it a try and see how you like it. And congratulations on your baby!!
