Frustrated

So my husband and I dealing with infertility with his sperm count. He’s been taking meds to help and see if they get his count back up. He has his sperm analysis the 3rd one on 11/27! Praying for good results so we don’t have to do IVF! I am so frustrated with TTC. Last month my period was 2 days and weird and not much and not i am having brown spotting a week and half before my period is due! I have cramps, sore boobs, nausea and exhausted! Do you think something is wrong? Normally my periods are 4 to 5 days and normal bleed and anywhere from 28 days to 33 day cycles!! Whats wrong with me?
