Bleeding question

Alright I am due Jan 7. 5 weeks pregnant today. This morning I started with finding a spot of Brown blood on my underwear. A few hours later when I wiped I say Brown blood mixed with discharge. A few hours later I had enough brownish red blood that I would consider to more of like a very slow flow period. Everything stopped for a little while then it started with bleeding only when I urinated. And now I am back to it being when I wipe there is some blood. My question is had this happened to anyone and what was the outcome. My Dr did draw blood but told me she still didn't feel it's a miscarriage. I am so confused and obviously scared for my pregnancy. What are your outcomes. Thank you and plz be honest.
