Confused soul?

I've had spotting for a few days and now it's just light brown discharge. It was very very light pink. I don't know when I ovulated because I decided not to keep track this month. My last period was 10/26 and is due 11/23... I took a test and it was BFN. Now I feel very tired today and sleepy and out of it.... I was going to go see a doctor but decided to just wait and see if aunt flow comes... but I feel so crappy today... Anyone ever experience this before??? I feel dehydrated....
