My three month old has been pushing and straining the past 30 minutes trying to go to the bathroom and she can’t 😫 she’s crying the most pitiful cry, I can tell she’s in pain. She hasn’t went in four days, she usually goes at least once every day, at the most every other day. I’ve tried taking her temp (which usually works) and I’ve put a little less powder in the bottles but nothing. Have any other moms given their little ones a bit of water to help? The nurse at my girls pediatricians office said I could give her a half ounce of water but no more to help her go, I’m so nervous to do that though because of what I’ve read online. My mom said they use to give water to infants regularly when I was little so it’ll be okay but I’m still so scared 😭 I let her have a drink and chickened out
