Would a sonogram tech tell you your pregnant of Not?

hello I am so confused only because I am almost 2 months late for my period and AF seems like it's never coming. I went to get blood work done and then a abdominal and trans V sonogram. During the abdominal sonogram the tech told me she doesn't see that I am pregnant. I know that the hospitals have laws against telling patients certain things but as I got my trans V sonogram I swore I heard a heart beat. It sounded like when I was pregnant with my son. Could she just be telling me I'm not pregnant because she isn't allowed to diagnose. I can't wait for Friday to get all of my results! I think on Friday when the doctor tells me I'm not prego than I'll be like ok I'm not. lol anyone know anything about this or have had this situation happen? T.I.A

You probably heard an artery. There are many in the vagina that can make the sound of a heart beat. Honestly I don't think she would say you are not if you were.

She's a professional.. if she seen something then she would have told you of had the doctor to tell you. You're probably just not pregnant & something else is causing the delay of your period.
