Does this look like twins to you?!!!

I am currently 8 weeks pregnant and I had my first scan a little before 6 weeks pregnant. Ever since I was a little girl I had dreams that I was going to have twins. I had and I'm continuing to have extreme pregnancy symptoms especially nausea and fatigue and backache since the moment we conceived. I've never been pregnant before, but it seems like my symptoms are very very strong. I have an intuition that it's twins but the doctor said he didn't think so at my skan. Granted, the machine looked like it was from 1962... does this look like multiples to you? I swear I see two yolk sacs...
