I have a handsome baby boy, who I love dearly but my boyfriend and I don't want anymore kids for a while. We have been using protection, but tonight we didn't and he decided it would be awesome to go ahead and release himself inside. I have only been using my birth control a few days now. Secondly I'm supposed to start in the next week and a half, but I know my BC (patch) could cause my cycle to skip and not start for three more weeks. So I want to know should I buy a test to be on the safe side or let it go till I end up starting?
