A little confused...

So I am pretty sure I ovulated last week. Glow shows my fertile week being last week. AF is due Friday, 31st. Glow says to hold off 1 more day before testing. I guess I am confused as to why glow is saying to test at about 6dpo. I guess I never noticed when glow says to test in the past. But have any of you had the same? And if so, did any of you get a BFP that early? Seems way too early to me. TIA
