Ovulation?

Has anyone ever had any pains related to ovulation? I had some sharp stabbing pains where my left ovary is but not sure if it’s from that! Any help would be greatly appreciated TIA!!!!

Usually around the time of ovulation I can kind of feel slight cramping on the side that's actually ovulating. The day of, the day after, and about 2 more days. It is normal, my sister can even tell you almost down to the hour she starts to ovulation on what side.

I feel the same pains, some  months. A few of my friends do too..it's your body telling you you're ovulating (signs before the apps/ov. Strips😉)
