Anniversary journal entry ideas

I am planning out a journal for my boyfriend and I’s one year which is in May. Very forward and optimistic thinking, I know, but I want something that expresses my love and appreciation for him.

I need some journal entry ideas. I’ve already got this :

- things that make me think of him

- why he makes me proud

- favorite moments that I remember perfectly

It doesn’t have to be something the provoked an incredibly long response, but just sweet, romantic questions or things. Any ideas would be appreciated.
