help with ttc


Okay so I'll start by saying my fiance and I have been ttc for about a year now. I just got through my 2nd miscarriage a few weeks ago, and my first one happened in June. both were between 5 & 6 weeks of the pregnancy. I also have PCOS and don't have regular menstrual cycles, so I don't ovulate regularly as I've been told by my ob. so I guess I'm just wondering what i can do to help my body prepare for a baby, to help me have a strong ovulation and a healthy pregnancy when I do conceive so I have a higher chance of not losing the baby again. I'm not currently on any medication as I wanted to try everything naturally first, but at this point I'm considering any advice that may help. any of you mommas been thru this and what helped? thank you ladies! ❤
