Horrid period cramps
Does anyone else get debilitating period cramps?
I don’t get them all the time and some months are okay but every few months I get cramps that actually stop me from being able to go to work. And on top of that I bloat so bad that I can’t even get my work pants on.
Is there something to try and ease this without relying on pain killers?
