I haven't had a period in about 2 years and I'm getting married soon and me and my fiance want a child. I have been pregnant twice. My first pregnancy (not with my fiance) I reached 8 months when my bf at the time was very abusive and deliberately got into an accident which my Beautiful Emily did not survive. My second pregnancy was with my fiance and I reached about 2-3 months but miscarried due to a lack of iron. We want to start our family can anyone offer us any advice?
